Shop Policies

Processing & Shipping

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.

• All items are shipped via USPS with tracking included.

• I offer flat rate shipping for simplicity and fairness.

• I do not currently offer international shipping (but it’s coming soon!).

• Need your order fast? Message me before ordering and I’ll see what’s possible.

Returns, Cancellations & Chaos Control

• All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If there’s an issue with your order, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

• If you entered the wrong address, message me ASAP—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can fix it. If it’s already shipped, I’m unable to reroute it.

• Orders can only be canceled if they have not shipped yet.

• If your package was marked delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors and your local post office. I’ll do my best to help, but I’m not responsible for packages after they’ve been marked delivered.

Custom Orders & Commissions

• I accept custom commissions for logos, product designs, branding, stickers, posters, and more.

• Prices for custom work start at $75 and go up depending on the complexity and usage needs.

• Each custom project includes 2 rounds of edits. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee.

• If you’re working with me on business branding or merchandising, we’ll discuss intellectual property rights up front—whether you’re licensing the design or purchasing full rights.

• To start a custom project, message me through the Contact Form or email me with details and I’ll follow up with a quote.

Artwork Ownership & Usage Rights

All artwork on this website, in my shop, and on my social platforms is original and created by Mirth Madhouse (Britty).

Unless otherwise stated, you are purchasing the physical item or personal-use file only, not the right to copy, distribute, alter, or sell the artwork.

You may not:

• Reproduce or resell my designs

• Upload my work to print-on-demand or third-party sites

• Use my art for commercial branding, logos, or promotional materials without a custom agreement

• Trace, edit, or claim the work as your own

For licensing, commercial use, or branding inquiries, please reach out! I offer custom licensing and full ownership packages.

If you see someone using my art without permission, please send me a screenshot or link so I can investigate. I work hard to protect my creations and appreciate your help in keeping things honest.
