Q: I have a weird request— can I message you about it?
A: PLEASE DO! Weird is my brand. If it’s creepy, kooky, or creatively cursed, I’m probably into it. ;)
Q: Do you accept custom orders or commissions?
A: Absolutely! I Create custom stickers, posters, shirts, and occasionally I take on more professional projects (i.e. business branding or custom merch designs). Pricing varies depending on the complexities of the custom order. Head over to the Custom Art page and send me your idea and we can start collaborating!
Q: Do you offer custom business branding or merch design?
A: I do! Whether you need a logo, shirt design, stickers, or a full spooky brand vibe, I got you. Pricing starts at $75 and scales depending on the project. I’ll need to chat with you first to understand what your looking for— so you get the best from me for the best price. No cookie-cutter stuff here.
Here’s how it works:
We’ll discuss your project in detail: what you need, your brand personality, and the style you’re going for.
I’ll send you a quote based on the complexity and scope of work.
You get two rounds of edits to tweak the design. Extra revisions can be added for a fee if needed.
For business branding, we’ll also talk about usage right and IP ownership— whether you want full ownership or just licensing rights. We’ll keep it clear and fair for both of us.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: I aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is packed up and cursed (just kidding… or am I?), it heads out via USPS with tracking so you can follow its spooky little journey to your doorstep.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: I use flat rate shipping to keep things fair and simple. That means your shipping cost is based on the type of item(s) in your order—not how far away you are. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you commit to your haunted haul.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Not at this time –but if you’re in a time crunch or have a special request, feel free to message me before placing your order. I’ll do my best to accommodate when I can!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not just yet, but I’m working on opening the portal. Until then, U.S. orders only. Join the Crypt Club tobe the first to know when international shipping goes live.
Q: Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
A: Yep! Your items will be shipped together when possible to save you on shipping and packaging. If there’s ever a major overage in shipping costs, I’ll refund the difference.
Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Always. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep tabs on it.
Q: My package is delayed/lost— what should I do?
A: Once your package is in USPS’s ghostly hands, I no longer have control over transit times or delays– but I’m happy to help you contact them or file a claim if something goes totally sideways. Just message me and we’ll sort it all out together.
Q: Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?
A: Currently I do not offer pickup, but if you’re local and have a special request, feel free to reach out– I’m always open to weird little exceptions when I can swing it.

Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll do my best to replace it or offer a solution. No need to summon a demon — just send an email.
Q: What if i gave the wrong shipping address?
A: Whoops! It happens. If you realize there’s an issue with your address, contact me ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can fix it. If it has been shipped, I can’t reroute it, so you’ll need to place a new order if it doesn't come back to me.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been shipped yet. If you need to cancel, email me ASAP and I’ll do my best to catch it in time.
Q: My item was marked as delivered, but I can’t find it.
A: Double-check with neighbors or your local post office first (sometimes mail gremlins get sneaky). If it still hasn’t turned up, reach out –I’ll help you sort through options, though I can’t be responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
